The teacher behind NiyamaHome
One person, two crafts: twelve years of teaching yoga, and the Thai art of touch that became her yoga massage.

Nicha
Nicha is a certified yoga teacher from Thailand, based in Chiang Mai, where she lives with her family. She has been teaching for twelve years — in that time her approach has settled into something quietly radical: every session she offers is private.
Why? Because the longer she taught, the clearer it became that the deepest part of yoga never happened in the crowded rows of a studio. It happened in the moments of individual attention — an adjustment, a word, a breath timed to one particular body. NiyamaHome is that moment, made into the whole class.
Two ways of practising
In a private yoga class you move, guided one-on-one. In a yoga massage you receive: a fully-clothed treatment rooted in traditional Thai massage and woven with assisted yoga stretching. Different doors, same room — a body that breathes more freely.
The name
Niyama is the second limb of yoga: the daily observances of care toward oneself. Home is where that care actually happens — not on a stage, not in a mirror, but in your own quiet hour. Put together, they are a small promise: a practice that belongs to you.
