Talk to Nicha.
Online, by donation

Thirty minutes with someone who listens, asks the right question, and says what she honestly sees. For the knots that are not in the body.

Listening, honestly
In short

Online Counseling at NiyamaHome is a 30-minute private conversation with Nicha over Google Meet. It is not therapy and makes no clinical claims: it is listening and honest advice from a teacher who has spent twelve years helping people settle into their bodies. It is donation-based — you choose the amount at checkout, with a suggested THB 888 — and you book a time in your own time zone.

What it is — and what it isn't

Sometimes what you need is not a class. It is half an hour with someone outside your life who listens without an agenda, and who will tell you, kindly and plainly, what she notices. That is this.

It is not therapy, counselling in the clinical sense, or medical advice. Nicha is a yoga teacher, not a psychologist. If you are in crisis or need professional mental-health care, please contact a qualified professional or a local helpline — and know that you are welcome here as well, alongside that care, not instead of it.

What people bring

  • A decision they keep circling and can't land.
  • A body that holds on — tight jaw, shallow breath, a restlessness that no stretching reaches.
  • The feeling of being far from home, or far from themselves.
  • A practice that has gone flat, and the question of what to do instead.
  • Nothing specific. Just the need to be heard for thirty minutes.

How it works

  1. Pick a time in the calendar, shown in your time zone. Sessions are 30 minutes.
  2. Give what feels right. The payment page suggests THB 888 and lets you change the amount. Nobody is turned away over the number.
  3. Get the Google Meet link by email. Find a quiet corner, a glass of water, and come as you are.
  4. Talk. Nicha listens first. Then she asks, reflects, and sometimes offers a simple practice to take with you.

Sessions are in English or Thai. Everything you say stays between you and Nicha.

Why by donation

Because the value of being heard is hard to price, and because the people who most need it are not always the ones who can pay a fixed fee. THB 888 is the suggested amount — in Thai culture, eights are a number of good fortune — and it keeps the sessions sustainable. If you can give more, it carries someone who can give less.

Who you'll be talking to

Nicha is a Thai yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance (200-hour) and trained in traditional Thai massage. She has taught for over a decade — first in Pai, then in Chiang Mai, and for several years in Bali, where most of her students were private clients.

Twelve years of private teaching means twelve years of conversations before and after class — the moment people say what is really going on. These sessions give that moment its own room.
